Refund Policy
Returns and Exchanges
- DermaQuest must approve all returns or exchanges. Customer Service can assist in processing a return or exchange.
- Unauthorized returns and exchanges will be returned at the customer's expense.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- If an order is received with a damaged, defective or incorrect item, DermaQuest must be notified within 7 days of delivery. A picture of the item is required for replacement.
- Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method or a credit card.
- Promotional and/or free items must be returned with the product they were offered with in order for a full refund or exchange to be accepted.
Business to Business (B2B) Returns/Exchanges
- DermaQuest does not provide returns or exchanges for resellers.
Direct to Consumer (D2C) Returns/Exchanges
- DermaQuest is not responsible for orders placed through a third party. Returns or exchanges must be handled through the original point of purchase.

Business to Business Orders (B2B)
- In the event of a client allergy or reaction, please complete the Customer Reaction Form with reaction information, product batch ID and images to info@dermaessentials.se. DermaQuest will offer a full refund, credit or product replacement upon receipt of the product.
How to Return an Item for a Claim
Please contact DermaQuest to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions before returning any item. All returns must have an RMA number to be accepted.
