If you need to change or cancel an existing order, please contact a DermaQuest representative within one hour of placing your order.

DermaQuest offers purchase pricing for licensed skin therapists and medical professionals. Verification of licenses and proof of education is required.

Shipping

• Orders are shipped free of charge via DHL, for orders over 5000 SEK, otherwise shipping will be charged.
• DermaQuest prides itself on fast turnaround times. However, it may take up to 3 business days to process an order from the time of confirmation.
• DermaQuest is not responsible for shipments once they have left the sender including items that are lost, stolen, destroyed or damaged in transit.
